Namaste and welcome to my page!

Vinyasa flow, yoga workouts, strength drills are my calling and my specialty. I came to yoga for the physical first and got hooked straight away. I also found out that while I got the physical I also got to clear my head on the mat and that was a huge bonus for me. I guess that's why I’m addicted to yoga. I like to be on my hands playing with arm balances and you can find them often in my classes. 

My teaching started in Madrid before I moved back to my native Mexico, a short stop in Stockholm and now settled in Uppsala, Sweden. You find me teaching regularly at my studio Hot Yoga Uppsala, you can also find my classes on my YouTube channel and soon at the online yoga platform Yogateket.com.

My mission is to inspire others to get strong on the physical body and mind while using traditional yoga mixed with fun strength drills and yoga workouts. No need to wait, let's get stronger together.
